Introduction to Working with Polarity and Wholeness ~ A Workshop ~ Sat. August 14th, 10 – 4:30pm, Shambhala School, Halifax Nova Scotia
Don’t miss this opportunity for a workshop with two internationally known Polarity and Wholeness practitioners who are coming to Halifax Nova Scotia on the 15th August! Beth Follini, CPCC and Debra Wilton Kinney, have delivered workshops on the power of Polarity and Wholeness all over the world including the US, Norway, London UK and Italy. Debra is a founding partner of Polarity Pathways based in the US and Beth is founding partner of Creating from Polarity, based in the UK. They are coming together to collaborate on this unique and experiential workshop.
Polarities are everywhere ~ they are the interdependent opposites in life that create wholeness. Being vs Doing, Order vs Disorder, Extrovert vs Introvert, Connection vs. Autonomy. Often we struggle to resolve the tension created when dealing with polarities – we think we have to make a choice – pick one way or the other. But when two poles work together ~ as they do in nature and as they are intended ~ they create flow and wholeness.
This workshop will give you the tools and knowledge to begin to transcend either/or thinking and to create from these polarities. We will explore some of the principles behind polarity/wholeness work ~ using experiential exercises that will enable you to get a deeper sense of the generative energy, flow and wholeness that is created when we stop struggling with polarities and begin to create from them.
Whether you are simply curious about how to work with polarities that crop up for you as an individual and want to deepen your personal understanding of yourself. You will also be able to begin to see how you could use these tools in your work ~ as a manger, as a coach, as a practitioner.
As with all Creating from Polarity Workshops, 5% of our profits will go towards a cause we support, this year we are pleased to support the ALIA Scholarship Fund – which seeks to provide financial support for young leaders and leaders from diverse communities to take part in the inspiring ALIA programme. ALIA is a not-for-profit organisation. If you would like to make a donation to ALIA, please go to their scholarship information page on their website.
Cost of the day: $150 (CDN). The fee includes one free follow up 30 minute coaching session from either Debra or Beth!
