The “Creating From Polarity” workshop has been held for the first time in Oslo, Norway in May 2009 and upon its great success has been taken “on the road” having been held or about to be held in England, Egypt,and Canada. Now we are excited to bring this workshop to Germany on Saturday May 8th, 2010.
In this workshop we will explore the paradox of polarities in our lives. Polarities are the opposites we deal with every single day. Being vs Doing, Order vs Disorder, Extrovert vs Introvert, Connection vs. Autonomy. Often we struggle to resolve the tension created when dealing with polarities – we think we have to make a choice – pick one way or the other. This workshop will give you the tools and knowledge to begin to transcend either/or thinking and to create from these polarities.
