I provide faciliated days and workshops for businesses and not-for-profit organisations who want their teams and leaders to function more creatively and effectively. I have a particular passion for helping teams/organisations work through conflict, and for working with leaders to enable them develop more effective and enabling leadership skills.

I run in-house experiential workshops for teams in organisations who want to deal with conflict/tension within the team. The aims of this workshop is to:
- enable people work together with more ease and grace,
- help individuals identify reactive patterns under stress/conflict,
- introduce conflict resolution techniques that enable all voices within the team can be heard in a safe environment
- find ways that team members can continue to use these techniques in their on-going working environment
I incorporate polarity tools, conscious embodiment techniques and process work exercises in this workshop. Polarity work enables us to see what divisions might exist in teams – i.e. between those who prefer the pole of order and those who prefer the pole of chaos or creativity. Conscious embodiment techniques involved gentle physical movements – often in pairs – which allow us to see our reactive patterns in conflict or under pressure and then discover more generative and creative ways to react to pressure/conflict. Group process work allows for all the voices in a system or in a conflict to be heard and expressed in a safe environment which the aim of all sides understanding and resolving conflict.

I am one of a handful of people in the UK and Europe who has been trained in Leadership Embodiment techniques by founder Wendy Palmer. These techniques are used organisations including NASA, Hewlett Packard, Genentech, Oracle, Old Navy, Gap,McKinsey,Daimler Chrysler,Pfizer, Portugal, US Forest Services to develop confident and effective leadership in their businesses.

Embodying presence and confidence for Fundraisers
Fundraisers have a difficult job to do – particularly in this economic climate. It can be a highly pressured job – dealing with the public, reaching targets, and having to juggle conflicting priorities Whether you are dealing with high net-worth individuals or with the general public on the street or are building relationships with corporate sponsors, the ability to be able to embody presence and confidence is invaluable. In this workshop (one or two-day), we will use Conscious Embodiment Techniques which will help you:
• Find a way to remain calm under pressure, to recover balance and clarity when faced with stress or pressure.
• Gain insights into your personal patterns and limited assumptions.
• Develop your ability to increase your presence and ability to project.
• Understand how to tap into the body’s natural intelligence
